These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of "GolfClip" (the "App"), an iPhone app provided by an individual developer (the "Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App automatically detects and clips golf-swing segments from videos that you record or otherwise own. Certain features (removing ads and automatic Google Drive backup) are unlocked through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase.
When using the App, you must not:
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Developer or its rightful licensors. Rights to any video content you process through the App remain with the original rights holder of that video; the Developer acquires no rights to it.
Purchases of paid features within the App are processed through Apple's StoreKit. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy; the Developer cannot process refunds directly.
The Developer makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App. The App's automatic swing-detection accuracy may vary depending on filming conditions and video content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
The Developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice to users. The Developer is not liable for any damages resulting from such changes or discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location as the court of first instance.
